Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the games published by UKGames, including ZigZag Mix, Color Blocks and Bumper Brawl, and to the ukgames.games website. UKGames is the game label of Uğur Kayhandemir, an individual developer in Bursa, Türkiye ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or playing our games, or by using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to use our games. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use them only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. License

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play our games for non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the games, except where the law allows it;
  • use cheats, bots, modified game files or any unauthorized third-party software;
  • sell, rent or commercially exploit the games or any part of them;
  • interfere with our servers, other players' connections or the services we use.

3. Accounts (Bumper Brawl)

Bumper Brawl creates a guest account when you first play. In the Android app you can link it to a Unity Player Account to keep your profile on other devices. You are responsible for keeping access to your linked account. If you play only as a guest, your profile may be lost if you uninstall the game, change devices or, in the browser, clear the website's data. You can delete your account at any time in the game (Profile › Delete); see our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Playing online

In online matches, chat and lobby names, be respectful to other players. You must not:

  • use offensive, hateful or misleading names, or impersonate other people;
  • harass, threaten or insult other players, or post illegal, sexual or hateful content in chat;
  • cheat, exploit bugs on purpose or disrupt other players' games.

If you break these rules, we may reset your name, remove your progress, or suspend or close your account without notice. Chat is filtered automatically, but the filter can miss things; you are responsible for what you write. Online features depend on our game servers, on third-party services (Unity Gaming Services) and on your internet connection; they may be unavailable at times.

5. Coins, items and in-app purchases

  • Coins, gold, diamonds, items, vehicles, upgrades, fruits, characters and other in-game content are part of the game license. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred or sold to others.
  • We may change prices, rewards and how in-game content works to keep the game balanced, and we may reset or remove content that was obtained through bugs or cheating.
  • Real-money purchases (such as removing ads in ZigZag Mix) are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Refund requests follow Google Play's refund policy. Purchases in Bumper Brawl on CrazyGames are handled by CrazyGames and follow its terms.

6. Ads

ZigZag Mix and Color Blocks show ads provided by Google AdMob, and Bumper Brawl may show ads provided by CrazyGames when you play it there. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.

7. Third-party services

Our games use services from other companies, such as Google Play, Google Play Games, AdMob, Firebase, Unity Gaming Services, CrazyGames and itch.io. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual property

The games, their code, graphics, characters, music and sounds, and the UKGames name and logo belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of them to you.

9. Updates and availability

We may update, change or remove features, and we may stop offering a game or an online service. Bumper Brawl is updated often, so its features and balance may change. We will try to announce important changes in the game or on this website.

10. Disclaimer

The games are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that they will run without errors or interruptions on every device, or that progress will never be lost because of technical problems.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or progress, or problems caused by third-party services, arising from your use of the games or the website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using our games at any time by deleting them, and delete your Bumper Brawl account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may end or suspend your access if you break these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are handled by the courts and enforcement offices of Bursa, without affecting any rights you have to go to consumer arbitration committees or the courts where you live under mandatory law.
